Online Applications are invited for admission to the Under Graduate Programmes in the affiliated colleges of University of Calicut for the academic year 2020-2021. I. Eligibility for Admission Those candidates who are “Eligible for Higher Studies” as per the Higher Secondary Examination or a pass in the equivalent examination is the minimum criteria for admission to degree courses, unless otherwise specified. All Candidates qualified in the annual examination held up to and including the preceding academic years are eligible for admission. However, candidates who have qualified the HSE and VHSE of the Government of Kerala under ‘SAY’ scheme and Compartmental Examination of CBSE are also eligible for admission to first year degree courses in the same academic year. Farook College Admission 2020, PG, UG

Farook College offers a number of courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels as well as guidance in research in specialized fields. Admission to the UG courses starts in the month of May 25, whereas, admission to the PG courses commences in the the month of June.

Based on the merit of the candidates, Provisional rank lists are published and the candidates are intimated for the Interview round. The Final rank lists are then published for the shortlisted candidates.

UGC NET 2020: Application Form (Started), Exam Dates (Out), Eligibility

UGC NET 2020 Application Form has been started from 16th March 2020. The exam dates for the June session have been released by NTA. The exam will be held between 15th to 20th June 2020. It will be organized by the newly formulated body – National Testing Agency through online CBT mode. This national level entrance exam is conducted twice every year to determine the eligibility of various candidates for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) & the Assistant professor or only for Assistant Professor. The exam is organized in two sessions – June and December session. Candidates have to qualify the entrance exam in order to get selected for these positions in various Indian Universities and colleges. Application Fee:

Applicants have to pay the below application fee as per their categories:

• For General Candidates – Rs.1000
• For General EWS/ OBC- NCL Candidates – Rs.500
• For ST/SC/PwD Candidates – Rs.250

• Visit the official website and click on Apply online to fill the registration page.
• Enter your personal details, email ID and mobile number.

Step 2: Filling UGC NET Application Form 2020

• Post-registration, a system generated application number will be sent on the email Id and mobile number.
• Login again and select your subject, position and preferred exam center.

Step 3: Uploading Scanned Images

• Now, upload your photograph and signature in the specified format.
