UGC NET 2020 Application Form has been started from 16th March 2020. The exam dates for the June session have been released by NTA. The exam will be held between 15th to 20th June 2020. It will be organized by the newly formulated body – National Testing Agency through online CBT mode. This national level entrance exam is conducted twice every year to determine the eligibility of various candidates for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) & the Assistant professor or only for Assistant Professor. The exam is organized in two sessions – June and December session. Candidates have to qualify the entrance exam in order to get selected for these positions in various Indian Universities and colleges. Application Fee:
Applicants have to pay the below application fee as per their categories:
- For General Candidates – Rs.1000
- For General EWS/ OBC- NCL Candidates – Rs.500
- For ST/SC/PwD Candidates – Rs.250
Mode of Payment: Applying candidates can pay the application fee through debit/credit card/ Net Banking/Paytm.
Steps
Step 1: UGC NET Registration 2020
- Visit the official website and click on Apply online to fill the registration page.
- Enter your personal details, email ID and mobile number.
Step 2: Filling UGC NET Application Form 2020
- Post-registration, a system generated application number will be sent on the email Id and mobile number.
- Login again and select your subject, position and preferred exam center.
Step 3: Uploading Scanned Images
- Now, upload your photograph and signature in the specified format.
