നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ

1. മറ്റു സ്കോളർഷിപ്പുകൾക്ക് അർഹരാവർക്കും അപേക്ഷിച്ചവർക്കും ഈ അവാർഡിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. കാരണം ഇതൊരു ഒറ്റ തവണ അവാർഡ് മാത്രമാണ്. സ്കോളർഷിപ് അല്ല.

2. ബിരുദം/ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദം നേടിയവർക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ തുടർ പഠനം നടത്തണമെന്ന് നിർബന്ധമില്ല. തുടർ പഠനം നടത്തുന്നവർക്കും നടത്താത്തവർക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാം

3. അപേക്ഷകർ ന്യൂനപക്ഷ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പെട്ടവരായിരിക്കണം (മുസ്‌ലിം, ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ, സിക്ക്, ജൈന, പാഴ്സി). അല്ലാത്തവർ അപേക്ഷിക്കണ്ടതില്ല.

4. 8 ലക്ഷം രൂപയിൽ താഴെ വാർഷിക വരുമാനമുള്ളവരായിരിക്കണം (APL + BPL)

5. അപേക്ഷകർ ബിരുദം പൂർത്തിയായവരാണെങ്കിൽ 80% കൂടുതൽ മാർക്കും ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിവരാണെങ്കിൽ 75% കൂടുതൽ മാർക്കും വേണം. അല്ലാത്തവർ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.

Humanities and Social Science Admission in IIT Madras(HSEE)

Indian institute of Technology, Madras, one of the premier institutes in education and research with placement opportunities is to begin its admission procedure for its 5 year integrated programme, Master of Arts in Development Studies and Master of Arts in English Studies from December 2018. The course aspirants should appear for the Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE ) to be held on 21st of April 2019.

Eligibility

The students who have passed their Plus two or equivalent course and those who are to appear for their final exam can apply for the entrance exam. But they should get 60% of aggregate marks in the qualifying exam. Candidates born on or after 01/10/1994 only need apply whereas 55% of marks is sufficient for SC, ST and PwD candidates along with 5 years age relaxation.

How to Apply

Submission of online application and fee payment can be done from 12th of December to 23rd of January 2019. The last date for fee payment by Indian bank Challan mode is 24th of January 2019. Checking of application status starts from 13th of February. The applicants can download their admit card from 20th of March 2019.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus for HSEE 2019

The exam is of two parts. Part I consists of English, Analytical and Quantitative Ability and General Studies. 25% questions would be in English to test the reading / comprehension skills, knowledge of grammar and vocabulary. Other 25% of questions would be from areas like Number, Algebra, time, Basic Statistics, sums, equations, profit & loss, data interpretation and Analytical reasoning. The major part of the questions ie 50% is from General studies like Indian economy, natural & human resources, economic problems, growth & development, foreign & international trade, world affairs , agriculture and technological changes etc. Details available in the below links.

Examination Schedule

Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Exam (HSEE ) is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday 21st of April, 2019. The exam will be conducted in the major cities in India including Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram. The expected date of results publication is May 13, 2019. The selected candidates can download their offer letter from the institution from the next day of its result publication.

Vidya Samunnathi Scholarship for Forward Communities

Online applications are invited for the Vidya Samunnathi Scholarship for the academic year 2018-19 from students belonging to economically backward forward communities. Under this scheme, the students of economically backward forward communities will get educational scholarships and competitive assistance for their studies. Under this scheme scholarships will be given to students studying from high school level to post graduation.

Applicants should be from non-reservation forward community and a resident of Kerala. Annual income of the family should be less than 2 lakhs based on all sources. Only online applications are accepted. The scholarship amount for Higher Secondary students is Rs.4000/- every year. 

In order to process the scholarship application, applicant must provide the following documents.

2.Income certificate (original) from village office.

3.Copy of mark list of SSLC

AIIMS MBBS-Registration, Exam, Syllabus,Result

All India Institute of Medical Sciences has invited online applications for AIMS MBBS entrance examination. From this year exam in 2019, Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) has been started. The step has been initiated with the view of avoiding improper filling of applications and confirming accepted applications. This facility enables the applicants to make corrections and confirm it as it is a two stage registration process.

Basic Registration

The first stage is Basic Registration. It is an enduring process where the students who are appearing or have appeared for exam can apply online. The applicants will be informed whether their application is accepted or not and the accepted will be provided with a Unique Identification Number for further procedure. The rejected applicants will become ineligible. Since this procedure starts 6 months well in advance, certain details that can't be entered early can be added at the time of second stage of registration process. The details once entered during Basic Registration process would be stored.This Basic Registration is completely free of cost.

Final Stage of Registration

The second stage is Final stage of Registration. This specific stage provides a chance to complete data information like choosing exam centre, payment of fee etc. Already given data in Basic Registration need not be repeated here.

The applicants after doing Basic Registration can decide whether they should appear for this year exam or not. If they are not willing to appear, they need not go for the next stage which can be done later as final registration details entry for subsequent entrance exam is made every time. The applicants whose applications are complete in all respects and accepted at Basic Stage only will be permitted to make Final Registration.

Qualification for Basic Registration 

Plus Two passed/appeared/appearing or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.

Course Eligibility

An aggregate of 60% of marks . For SC & ST 50% of marks, for OPH 45% of marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Plus Two exam and should fulfill other eligibility criteria as required in online Basic Registration.

State level Free Model Entrance Exam for Engineering & Medical

Silverbullet, an online portal of The Mathrubhumi is conducting a model entrance exam for the 12th Standard students(State,CBSE,ICSE) and repeaters. It is provided completely free of cost. The KEAM and NEET exam model is followed in the conduct of this exam.

Method of exam

The engineering entrance examination will be conducted in such a way as that of KEAM (Kerala Engg). There would be 2 question papers. The first one would comprise of 72 questions from Physics and 48 from Chemistry. The second paper would carry 120 questions from Mathematics subject. Each paper is of 2 ½ hour duration.

Hence , it would be helpful for the students to know their merits and defects so as to make their exam preparation more healthier and fruitful one.

പ്ലസ് ടു ക്കാർക്ക് മിലിട്ടറി നഴ്സിങ് സർവീസ് :അപേക്ഷ 2018 നവംബർ 30 വരെ

Various Military Medical colleges in our country invite applications for admission for a 4 year B.Sc Nursing course which is completely free of cost. After successful completion of the course, they will be permanently appointed as Commissioned Officers in Military Medical service.

Total number of seats for this course is 160. Applications can be sent online from 12th to 30th of November 2018. Unmarried women, divorcees and widows only can apply for this course.

Eligibility: 

Applicants willing to do this course must have passed regular plus two or equivalent course with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English. They should have obtained an aggregate score of minimum 50% in the first attempt itself. Students studying in the final year of the qualifying course or awaiting results also can apply and they should produce their pass certificate at the time of admission.

Age limit:

Date of Birth between 1st October 1994 and 30th September 2002.

Physical Standards:

Applicants should be physically fit as per military norms and their minimum height must be 148 cm and weight, 39 Kg. with good eye sight.

Selection: 

An objective type written test of 80 mts duration will be conducted in January 2019. It will be followed by an interview and Medical Fitness test in April.

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-NEET

NEET 2019

NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is an entrance exam conducted for the Higher Secondary students who aspire to hold a medical career. National Testing Agency(NTA) conducts the exam and publish the rank list. But admission to Post Graduate courses and M.B.B.S in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) and Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) will not come under NEET. 

Eligibility for NEET 2019

Plus Two(10+2) passed out students or the students who are to appear in the exam of the present year(2019) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-Technology and English as subjects of study in the group chosen by them. The percentage of marks for the Physics, Chemistry, Biology(PCB) group students who belong to General Category should be 50%, for the physically disabled 45% and for the SC / ST / OBC category, it is 40%. NEET 2019 Rank List

The State rank list will be prepared from the National rank list by choosing the deserving candidates for admission in Kerala. Admission in Kerala will be based on this. The candidates appearing for NEET 2019 should also submit online application to the Commissioner of Kerala Entrance Exam like those applying for Kerala Engineering Entrance.

NEET 2019 Syllabus and Pattern of Question

Success in NEET depends on the scoring rate in biology questions. Of the 180 questions, there will be 90 questions from biology and 45 questions each from physics and chemistry and the total marks will be 720.

NEET 2019 Fee Details

Rs.1400/- should be remitted towards application fee by the General/OBC category and it is Rs.750/- for the SC/ST and PH category for admission to NEET 2019 entrance examination.
