DU Admission 2019: Delhi University Application Form UG/PG/Ph.D Course, Fee, Eligibility



DU admission 2019 | Delhi University 2019 Application Form: University of Delhi (DU) is all set to start the admission process for UG, PG, and Ph.D./M.Phil. Programs soon for academic session 2019-20. Delhi University will begin the DU UG/PG admission 2019 process for the academic session 2019-20 by releasing DU application form for registration most probably from 15th April 2019. As compared to previous years, admissions in DU will begin one month earlier this year.


The application form will be available on the official website of Delhi University i.e www.du.ac.in
According to the DU's Press Release, 'all eligible applicants are informed that the registration process for all the programmes will be completely online for all categories and all quota'

Candidates can fill the DU PG application form online and pay the requisite fee in online mode.

This year, National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to conduct entrance exams for various Delhi University courses.
DU PG application fee 2019
Fee for unreserved/OBC - Rs 750/- per course
Fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates - Rs 300/- per course
Note: Registration fee will be paid only through the online mode.
Mode of selection for PG courses
There are two modes of admission for postgraduate courses in all the Departments of Delhi University. One is via merit basis while the other is through entrance examination/interview and group discussion (if necessary)
Steps you need to follow to register for PG admissions:
Step 1: Go to the official website of University of Delhi or click here for direct link
Step 2: . Click on the 'PG Online Registration is now OPEN!!'
Step 3: Follow the necessary steps
The portal will guide you to all imortant informations, dates and student greviences number
Step 4: On the right side of the page, go to the 'Please Login Here' box to register
Step 5: Click on the 'New User Registration' or click here for direct link
Step 6: Fill up all the necessary details
Step 7: Click on 'Register' tab given on the bottom page
The Delhi University advises all applicants seeking admission to read the contents of the Bulletin of Information carefully
Things you need to remember:
  • Applicants are to apply for a seperate Application form for each course
  • Only a single candidate can apply from a registration
Documents needed during registration process:
Passport size photograph, maximum size 50KB and dimensions 100px (min. width) X 130px (min. height)
Scanned Signature, maximum size 50KB and dimensions 140px (min. width) X 60px (min. height)
A valid ID Proof (self attested). It can be any of the following documents: Aadhaar Card / Voter’s Identity Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving License
Class 10th Certificate as Date of Birth proof, max size 100KB. Caste Certificate, max size 100KB.

    • Online applications are invited for admission to B.Ed. programme (Two years – 4 semesters) for the academic year 2019-2021 in Government Colleges/Aided Colleges/ University Teacher Education Centres/Unaided Colleges affiliated to University of Calicut.

    Instructions

    Candidates are requested to go through the prospects carefully,be familiar with all relevant information relating to admission procedure and follow the steps specified below:
    1. Goto PG Admission section and Click on PROCEED>> button.
    2. Click on Register Now
    3. Register with valid e-mail id, name, date of birth and mobile no. (On successful registration, you will get an SMS on your registered mobile).
    4. Open the e-mail link for the activation of registration and furnish the required details.
    5. Log on to your account using your registered email id and password.
    6. Click on Primary Details link/icon and enter your primary details, save and click next >> button.
    7. Continue data entry like previos step till you complete the steps Guardian Details, Academic Details, Claims/Weightages, etc.
    8. You can continue with payment once you are ready to pay the application fees online

      using net banking /debit/credit card.
    9. Upload your recent passport size photo (180px height X 160px width - Max. Size:100KB - File type .jpg) and click next >> button.

    11. Verify your entries in application by taking a prnt out or by navigating through each data entry step.
    12. Once you are sure about the data furnished are correct and complete go to 'Lock Application' step and Lock button.
