Scholarships Amount
* Under Graduates: Rs. 5,000/Year
* Post Graduates: Rs. 6,000/Year
* Professional Courses: Rs. 7,000/Year
* Hostel Stipend: Rs. 13,000/Year

Eligibility
1. Should belong to Muslim, Latin, Converted Christian community and should be a native of Kerala.
2. Should be a GIRL student studying for Graduation or Higher courses in Govt./ Aided Institution.
3. Students who got admission to Self financing colleges from merit seat are also eligible to apply for this scholarship.
4. Should have scored 50% or above in the qualifying Examination.
5. Family Annual income should not exceed 8 Lakhs.
6. Those who apply for Hostel stipend should be staying in recognized hostels.
7. THOSE WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR HOSTEL STIPEND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR SCHOLARSHIP.

പ്രവാസി മലയാളികളുടെ മക്കൾക്കു നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ട്‌സ് ഡയറക്‌ടേഴ്‌സ് സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പ്

സാമ്പത്തികമായി പിന്നോക്കം നില്‍ക്കുന്ന പ്രവാസി മലയാളികളുടെ മക്കളുടെ ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിന് ധനസഹായം നല്‍ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ട്‌സ് ഡയറക്‌ടേഴ്‌സ് സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയ്ക്ക് തുടക്കമായി. കുറഞ്ഞത് രണ്ട് വര്‍ഷമെങ്കിലും വിദേശത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്ത് തിരികെയെത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ഇ.സി.ആര്‍ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ട അവിദഗ്ധ തൊഴിലാളികള്‍, ഡ്രൈവര്‍മാര്‍, വീട്ടുജോലിക്കാര്‍ എന്നീ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ട പ്രവാസി കേരളീയരുടെ മക്കള്‍ക്കും നിലവില്‍ വിദേശത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന മേല്‍പറഞ്ഞ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ട പ്രവാസികളുടെ മക്കള്‍ക്കുമാണ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുക. തിരികെ വന്നിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാനം പരിധി ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപയ്ക്ക് താഴെയായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. വിദേശത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ട്‌സിന്റെ ഇന്‍ഷ്വറന്‍സ് കാര്‍ഡോ, ക്ഷേമനിധി ബോര്‍ഡ് അംഗത്വ കാര്‍ഡോ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.

ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദ കോഴ്‌സുകള്‍ (ആര്‍ട്ട്‌സ്/സയന്‍സ് വിഷയങ്ങളില്‍), എം.ബി.ബി.എസ്സ്/ബി.ഡി.എസ്/ബി.എച്ച്.എം.എസ്സ്/ബി.എ.എം.സ്സ്/ബിഫാം/ ബി.എസ്.സി.നഴ്‌സിംഗ്/ബി.എസ്.സി.എം.എല്‍.റ്റി./എന്‍ജിനീയറിംഗ്/അഗ്രിക്കള്‍ച്ചര്‍/ വെറ്റിനറി ബിരുദ കോഴ്‌സുകള്‍ക്ക് 2019-20 അദ്ധ്യയന വര്‍ഷം ചേര്‍ന്ന വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥി കള്‍ക്കാണ് ഈ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുക. പഠിക്കുന്ന കോഴ്‌സുകള്‍ക്കുവേണ്ട യോഗ്യത പരീക്ഷയില്‍ ലഭിക്കുന്ന മാര്‍ക്കിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പ് നല്‍കുക. ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദത്തിന് പഠിക്കുന്നവരില്‍ ബിരുദത്തിന് സയന്‍സ് വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് 75 ശതമാനത്തിന് മുകളിലും, ആര്‍ട്ട്‌സ് വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് 60 ശതമാനത്തിന് മുകളിലും മാര്‍ക്ക് കരസ്ഥമാക്കിയവര്‍ക്കായിരിക്കും സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള അര്‍ഹത. പ്രൊഫഷണല്‍ ബിരുദ കോഴ്‌സിന് പഠിക്കുന്നവര്‍ പ്ലസ്ടുവിന് 75 ശതമാനം മാര്‍ക്കിന് മുകളില്‍ നേടിയിരിക്കണം. റഗുലര്‍ കോഴ്‌സുകള്‍ക്ക് പഠിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് മാത്രമേ സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പിന് അര്‍ഹതയുള്ളു. കേരളത്തിലെ സര്‍വ്വകലാശാലകള്‍ അംഗീകരിച്ച കോഴ്‌സുകള്‍ക്കും അംഗീകൃത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥപനങ്ങളില്‍ പഠിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്കുമായിരിക്കും സ്‌കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പിന് അര്‍ഹത.

Objective

The objective of the scheme is to award scholarships to meritorious students belonging to economically weaker sections of minority community so as to provide them better opportunities for higher education increase their rate of attainment in higher education and enhance their employability.

Notification

Post Matric Scholarship For Minorities Eligibility Details

Rate of Scholarship	An amount equivalent to Admission and Course/Tuition Fee and Maintenance allowance, subjected to a maximum ceiling. See Instructions for details.
Eligibility Condition
	a) Should be the First Year student of i. Plus Two/ UG/ PG/ Ph.D Course of Higher Secondary School/ College/ Institutes/ University, which is either a Govt/ Aided/Recognised Unaided Institution. OR ii. 11th Class/Technical/ Vocational Course of ITI/ITC Centres affiliated to NCVT. OR iii. Course, other than those listed in under merit-cum-means scholarship scheme. The names of courses listed under Merit-cum-means scholarship are given in See Instructions for details.
	b. Should belong to Minority Community (Muslim/ Christian/ Buddhists/ Sikh/ Zoroastrians or Parsis).
	c. Should have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous Board/ University Examination.
	d. The Annual Family Income should not exceed Rs. 2 Lakhs.
	e. Should not be availing any other Scholarship or Stipend.
Other Relevant Information
	b. Scholarships will not be given to more than two students in a family.
	c. The scholarships will be sanctioned in accordance with the criterion laid down by the Central Government.

Documents to be scanned & uploaded for both Fresh and Renewal Scholarships as under:

• Student Photo. (Mandatory)
• Institution Verification Form. (Mandatory)
• An Income Certificate, issued from a Competent Authority in the State/UT Governments is required in respect of parent/guardian of the student.
• A Self-Certified Community Certificate is required from the student who has attained 18 years of age. For others the Community Certificate certified by parent/guardian of the student is required.
• In case of Fresh: Self Attested Certificate of ‘Previous Academic Mark sheet’ as filled in Form. (Mandatory) .
• In case of Renewal: Self - Attested Certificate of Previous Year Marksheet as filled in the Form. (Mandatory) .
• Fee Receipt of current course year. (Mandatory) .
• Proof of Bank Account in the name of student. (Mandatory)
• Aadhaar Card
• Resident / Domicile Certificate. (Mandatory)
